Our Mission:
To strengthen and support a community of servant leaders.

Founded in 2023, The Lookout was born from a simple yet powerful idea: leaders shouldn’t have to walk the journey of faith and impact alone.Recognizing that loneliness among leaders is all too common, we set out to create a space where like-minded Christian leaders could gather, connect, and support one another.We're currently in the midst of a 3-step plan.

GATHER.

Christians represent the largest social group in the world, yet we’re often isolated in our efforts. The Lookout is committed to breaking down these silos by bringing together leaders across the 7 streams of influence — business, church, non-profit, education, media, government, and family. Each stream selects 12 leaders who meet regularly to build genuine relationships and encourage one another in their faith.

LISTEN.

Quarterly, three leaders from each stream come together to identify shared challenges and opportunities, crafting a unified agenda to address Stark County’s greatest needs. By listening to leaders across the 7 streams and aligning around the most pressing needs in our local community, we believe that when leaders from all walks of life unite in purpose, God can move powerfully to transform lives and bring renewal to Stark County.

By identifying and connecting Christian leaders, we’re equipping our community to align around common initiatives that make a lasting impact.
