We keep seeing the same problem
There are incredible leaders all over Stark County. Pastors pouring into their congregations. Business owners trying to do the right thing. Educators showing up every day. Non-profit directors stretching every dollar. But here's what we keep seeing: they're all doing it alone. Disconnected from the people right next door who share the same heart.
That's The Lookout. Founded in 2023, we're a home for leaders in Stark County who want to live an intentional, generous life filled with purpose. We gather, we build real relationships, and we hold each other accountable. When leaders align in faith, transformation follows. We've seen it happen.
Where the real
conversations happen
Every week, we share what we're learning from the leaders in this community. Real stories. Real frameworks. Real conversations about faith, business, and what it means to lead well in Stark County. This is our primary way of sharing what God is doing through The Lookout.
Multiplier Talks
Real talks from real leaders. Business, faith, family, calling. Every session gets distilled into something you can actually use this week.
Lookout in a Box
Want to start a Lookout in your city? Here's everything we've learned. The steps, the structure, the mistakes, and the framework that makes it work.
Stories from Stark County
The people doing the work. Business owners, pastors, educators, non-profit leaders. Their stories. Their impact. What God is doing through them right here.
One mission across
every sphere
We organize around seven streams because that's how a community actually works. Each stream selects leaders who gather monthly to build trust, share what they're learning, and align around Stark County's greatest needs.

Simple structure.
Real relationships.
We organize leaders into circles of twelve, guided by councils of three. No complicated programs. Just a proven way to get the right people in the same room, consistently.
The 12's become 3's.
The 3's align around Jesus.
This is the structure we keep coming back to. Seven streams of influence. Twelve leaders in each stream meeting monthly. Three from each stream forming the Council that meets quarterly to ask: "What have we heard? What shall we do?"
Twelve leaders per stream gather monthly. Real conversations, real trust, real accountability.
Three leaders per stream form the Council of 3's. They meet quarterly to listen and align.
Jesus at the center. Every conversation, every decision, every initiative starts and ends here.
Monthly Gatherings
Twelve leaders per stream meet monthly. Not for networking. For real conversations, real encouragement, and the kind of trust that only comes from showing up consistently. Consistency compounds.
Quarterly Listening
Three leaders from each stream form the Council of 3's. They gather quarterly to ask two questions: "What have we heard?" and "What shall we do?" Then they align around what matters most for this county.
Community Action
We don't just talk about it. We move. Circles bring their resources, relationships, and talents together to serve the county. From mentoring the next generation to investing in Kingdom work, we act together.
Act. Teach. Give.
Multiply.
Four words. One framework. We do something. We pass on what we know. We resource it. We grow it beyond ourselves. That's it.
Act
We pray about it. We plan it. And then we move. Community serve days, prayer gatherings, shared projects. The point is simple: there are problems in this county that no single church, business, or organization can solve alone. But together? We can.
Teach
What God taught you in your stream wasn't just for your stream. A business owner has something to teach a pastor. An educator has something to offer a non-profit leader. We share what we know so nobody has to figure it out alone.
Give
Without margin, there is no mission. We steward Kingdom resources across the network. Strategic investment, shared spaces, dollars that do more when they flow through a connected community instead of sitting in silos.
Multiply
This is the part that matters most. We raise up leaders who know the whole network, not just their corner. The 3's develop the 12's. The 12's develop the next generation. Nobody sits on what they've been given. You pass it on.
Multipliers
Here's something we see all the time: young leaders with real potential who are spending years figuring out what someone else already learned. Multipliers puts them in a room with people who've walked the road and want to hand them the playbook. In person. Shoulder to shoulder. Not a video course.
We started with business and we're expanding across all seven streams. This is the on-ramp to a life of intentional, generous impact.
Learn About Multipliers
In-Person Cohorts
Biweekly meetups with real teaching, small group processing, and accountability. You show up. You do the work. That's how it works.
Leader Wisdom
Learn from leaders who've been in the arena, not folks dreaming from the sidelines. Teaching, conversation, and mentorship from people with real experience.
Small Group Community
Real relationships, not programs. Small groups process what they're learning and hold each other to it. This is where the formation actually happens.
Accelerate Your Perspective
Gain in twelve months the perspective that takes most leaders ten years to develop. That's not hype. That's what happens when you're in the right room.
What we believe
Christ-Centered Life
Jesus is everything. He calls us into His Truth, and real Truth sets you free. Every decision we make, every initiative we launch, starts and ends here.
Commitment to Each Other
We show up. In person. With an active voice in the room. No egos, no logos. We make decisions together and we hold each other accountable because that's what real community looks like.
A Humble, Giving Heart
We are faithful stewards of what God has given us. Without margin, there is no mission. So we invest our time, our talents, and our treasures into Kingdom impact that outlasts us.
