We keep seeing the same problem.

Stark County is full of incredible leaders — pastors, business owners, educators, non-profit directors. But too often they're building alone, disconnected from the people right next door who share the same heart.

The Lookout is our answer: we get those leaders in the same room, build real relationships, and hold each other accountable. When leaders align in faith, transformation follows.

We didn't invent this structure — we borrowed it. Three who align, twelve who gather, seventy-two who carry it outward. That's how influence multiplies.

Three leaders from each sector form the Council of 3's, meeting quarterly to listen, pray, and align around the county's greatest needs.

Twelve leaders per sector gather monthly. Real conversations, real trust, real accountability.
