A Lookout Program

Accelerate your perspective by 10 years.

Most leaders spend a decade making mistakes someone else already made. Multipliers puts you in a room with people who've been there. Twelve months. In person. Shoulder to shoulder. Not a video course.

01 — The challenge

Here's what we keep seeing.

We work with leaders across this community. The same three problems come up over and over.

Trial and Error

You're learning everything the hard way — making mistakes that a single conversation with the right person could have helped you avoid. That's expensive time.

Isolation

You're surrounded by people, but you don't have a circle who gets it — who understands the weight of leading well and the call to steward it faithfully. That's lonely.

Disconnected Networks

The people who could open doors, share wisdom, and walk alongside you are right here in Stark County. You just haven't been connected to them yet.

02 — What Multipliers is

In-person. Cohort-based. Built on real relationships.

Multipliers meets biweekly, in person, for twelve months. Every session is taught by Lookout Circle leaders and guest experts who've actually built what you're trying to build. Not consultants with seven-step plans. People who've been in the arena.

Between sessions, small groups process what they've learned and hold each other accountable. That's where the real work happens. The result: a decade of perspective compressed into twelve months, and a community that lasts the rest of your career.

12 months of formation — not content consumption
per month, in person — 1st & 3rd Wednesday, 7:30–9:30 AM
auto-renews — real community doesn't have a graduation date

03 — The experience

What you get.

We designed every piece of this for depth, not breadth. Here's what that looks like.

Biweekly In-Person Sessions

Structured teaching from leaders who've been where you're going. Live, in person, designed for dialogue — not lecture.

Small Group Processing

Every session includes dedicated small group time to process and apply what's taught — honest dialogue, trusted relationships, consistent accountability.

Established Mentor Access

Learn directly from the 3's and 12's — leaders with decades of experience who've done the thing, not just talked about it.

Cross-Stream Network

Your network stops being siloed and starts spanning every sphere in Stark County — pastors, business owners, educators, non-profit leaders.

Guest Expert Sessions

Outside voices throughout the year — entrepreneurs, pastors, authors, practitioners with the track record to back it up.

Ongoing Community

Growth doesn't stop at twelve months. Second-year members deepen relationships and start mentoring the next cohort.

04 — Curriculum themes

What we actually talk about.

Each theme is explored through teaching, conversation, and small group application. Think of it less like a class and more like a conversation with people who've been where you're trying to go.

01 Kingdom-Minded Leadership
Where do the arrows point — back to you, or outward? What it means to steward influence, make decisions through faith, and build something that outlasts you.
02 Faith & Work Integration
There shouldn't be a gap between Sunday and Monday. How your calling shows up in boardrooms, classrooms, and every space where your leadership matters.
03 Business as Mission
Business is a tool for great good. Financial stewardship, ethical leadership, and building something that blesses your community.
04 Strategic Relationships
Not networking. Not collecting contacts. The kind of proximity that changes how you think and what you're capable of.
05 Community Impact
Personal success is great. But so what? Now what? Translating what you've built into something that serves the county.
06 Personal Formation
You can't lead others where you haven't gone yourself. Spiritual disciplines, emotional health, marriage and family — the stuff most programs skip.

06 — Questions

Frequently asked.

Emerging leaders who are hungry. You don't need to have it figured out. You need to be ready to show up, be challenged, and do the work alongside people who are doing the same. If that sounds like you, you belong here.

We started in business, but the principles apply across all seven streams. We're expanding to serve leaders in church, non-profit, education, media, government, and family. The curriculum is about Kingdom-minded leadership. That translates everywhere.

We meet on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month from 7:30–9:30 AM. This rhythm is intentional — consistent space to step away from the noise, grow, and engage at a high level. If you miss a session, recordings are available so you don't fall behind.

Apply directly or get referred by a current member or Lookout Circle leader. This isn't about exclusivity — it's about making sure every person in the room is ready to do the work. The room only works if everyone's committed.

It auto-renews. Community doesn't have a graduation date. Second-year members go deeper, start mentoring newer members, and many eventually step into Lookout Circle leadership. You go from someone who receives to someone who gives. That's the whole point.

Everything. Biweekly sessions, small group facilitation, guest experts, video recordings, and full connection to the Lookout network. No hidden fees. No upsells. Pay upfront or monthly. Simple.

Space is limited because the room only works when every person in it is committed.
